Q: How do I register for BbWorld Commerce '09?
A: Registration is now open! Click here for more information. *NEW* - look for our Package Deals for special savings on a combined full conference registration and a pre-conference workshop.
Q: How do I make a hotel reservation for BbWorld in Phoenix?
A: Hotel reservations are now open. Please make your resort reservations through the BbWorld '09 website in order to take advantage of our special discounted conference resort rates. It is strongly suggested attendees make their hotel reservations by January 16, 2009. After this date the group rate or hotel rooms may not be available.
Q: What is the attire for the conference and evening events?
A: Business Casual to Casual. However, we recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket for added warmth, as personal temperature preferences can vary, and some of our evening events will be outdoors.
Q: Are we allowed to bring guests to BbWorld '09 evening events?
A: Registered BbWorld '09 conference attendees and exhibitors are automatically invited to attend the Monday evening reception in the Exhibit Hall, the Tuesday evening event and Wednesday’s Client Appreciation Party. Guests are welcome to attend all three events, for an additional fee of $195 per guest. Please note that due to the fact that we will be serving alcohol, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted to attend the receptions/events at BbWorld.
Q: Who do I contact if I have special needs, such as a sign language interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, specific dietary needs, etc.?
A: You should include those requests in the Special Needs section of the registration site. One of our staff will contact you to discuss the best way to meet your needs. Register here.
Q: If I register for one day attendance at BbWorld '09, what does that include?
A: One day attendance includes all of sessions for that day (with the exception of training, which you have to register and pay for separately), all scheduled meal functions and special events.
Q: Can I register for an exhibit only pass?
A: No, at this time BbWorld does not offer exhibit only passes. One day registrations are available for a nominal fee, which grants access to all sessions, meals and social functions for the day. Register now here.

Q: I’m bringing a Team, what discounts can we receive?
A: A discount applies if three (3) or more individuals are registering from the same organization. These must be full, non-discounted registrations. A $75 discount is automatically calculated on the third team member and each additional team member after that. Please note that speakers are only eligible for one discount. They can, however, be the first or second member of a team. Register now here.
Q: Do you have any registration package deals?
A: A discounted rate is available if you register for either a "Full Day Training Package" (which includes a full registration and one full day workshop), or a "Half Day Training Package" (which includes a full registration and one half day workshop). Space is limited for the workshops, so these deals will go fast. Register now here.
