Blackboard Transact Release 3: An In-Depth Introduction to Enhanced Commerce and Security Management3/7/2010 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Session Description
This workshop will provide in-depth training on Release 3 with its completely redesigned user interface. This hands-on session will cover all of the basic functions in Release 3, including:
• customer management
• user-definable customized data fields
• stored value fund management
• logic based policy rules
• device management
• a completely redesigned reporting application
• point of sale management
Release 3 functionality will also be compared and contrasted against the Universal and Unix Editions, highlighting the advantages and improvements of this new product over its predecessors.
This training is designed for current and future Release 3 Administrators.
The fee for this full-day workshop is $485. This session will be hands-on with a computer provided for each attendee. Lunch and two breaks are also included. Pre-registration for this session is required.
Blackboard Transact Release 3 Door Access: Best Practices in Access & Security Integration3/7/2010 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Session Description
This half-day workshop will cover the Release 3 Door Access module, including its integration with the Blackboard Video Surveillance product. It is designed to provide both an overview of the capabilities of the module, as well as cover best practices and all of the intricacies of Access Plans, Door State Schedules, Holiday Settings, and Day Templates. • Configuring email delivery
• Retail and Point of Sale reconciliation best practices and recommendations
This workshop is recommended for all current Release 3 Administrators, as well as those who are responsible for data collection and financial reconciliation.
