As Las Vegas’ premier off-strip hotel, the Red Rock Resort offers uncompromised service and amenities anticipated from a AAA four-diamond award property. The Red Rock resort is an oasis amidst its desert surroundings, with views of the rugged landscape and bright lights of the Strip, you’re never far from lots to do. Beyond the abundance of dining options and entertainment opportunities the resort has to offer, the famous Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area are a short ride away, golfing is just three miles down the road, and the entrance to the Red Rock National Conservation Area is only four miles away with beautiful hiking trails and horseback riding.
Resort Accommodations
Extra-spacious guestrooms at Red Rock Resort face the lights of the Strip, 11 miles away, or the rugged canyon, valley, and mountains.
All rooms feature two flat-panel TVs: a 42-inch plasma in the bedroom and a 17-inch LCD mounted over the deep soaking tub in the bathroom. Bathrooms also have separate showers with soothing rainfall showerheads.
Beds come with pillowtop mattresses, 320-thread-count luxury linens, and down duvets and pillows. High-speed wireless and wired Internet access are included in the resort fee (included in group room rate). Other amenities include bathrobe, in-room safe, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, electronic check-out, desk and minibar.
Room Rate
The special Blackboard group rate for the Red Rock Resort is $150.00 per night plus applicable taxes (currently 12.0% and taxes are subject to change), for single or double occupancy (rate includes a mandatory resort fee of $24.99 per night). The resort feecovers the following amenities: High Speed In-room Internet, Unlimited Local and 800 Calls, Daily Local Newspaper, Fitness Center Access, Shoe Shine Service, and Airport Shuttle Service.
Resort Policies
Please note the following policies implemented by the resort:
You must be 21 years of age to reserve a room. A valid driver’s license must be presented upon check-in.
Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one night charge of room and tax ($150.00 plus 12% taxes, tax rate subject to change).
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Group rate is based on single/double occupancy; each additional adult is $35.00+ per night.
The maximum number of adults allowed in a room is four (4).
Roll-aways are an additional $35 per night and refrigerators are an additional $15.00 per night, based on availability and can be requested upon check-in.
The resort requires a pre-authorization of $100.00 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals. This pre-authorization will take place at check-in (ie, if you are staying 3 nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $300.00 when you check-in). Please note that if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn from your account upon check-in. After deducting an amount equal to the incidentals used during your stay at the Resort, any balance will be credited to your account upon check-out.

Red Rock Resort Airport Shuttle (Complimentary to hotel guests)
At the airport the resort shuttle picks up at ground/zero level, just down the escalator from the information booth.
Return service to the airport is also available per a set schedule and complimentary to resort guests. Please check with the front desk or concierge for a current schedule. Note, it is suggested you leave the resort two- to two and a half hours prior to your flight to allow ample time for airline check-in and security check (McCarran International Airport is an unusually busy airport and requires all bags be checked 45 minutes prior to departure flight time).
Taxicab and Shuttle Services
Many companies provide taxicab and or shuttle service from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. Taxis are available outside the east side of baggage claim, thru door exits 1-5. Shuttles and limousine services are located outside the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-13. Please note there are both group shuttles and “for-hire” limousine services.
