We finally challenged ourselves to move from "why should we" to "how can we". In this session we will share how we secured support from a diverse group of senior stakeholders, obtained funding approval during an economic downturn and worked seamlessly with Blackboard from pre-start to post-implementation to embrace this massive change. Join us to hear about our experience and lessons learned.
