Submit Your Session in Advance!
We recommend that you submit your session materials ahead of time to save you time and worry onsite.  We will accept presentations online until Friday, March 5.

If, for any reason, you can’t upload your presentation ahead of time (or you make changes after you have arrived at the conference), please bring your session PPT on a USB Flash Drive to the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled presentation.

Speaker Ready Room
Located in the Hills Room, the Speaker Ready Room will be open:
  • Monday, March 8, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday, March 9, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 10 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Presenters should check-in to drop off a copy of their presentation on a USB Flash Drive. Presenters may also use this room to make changes to their presentation and rehearse.  Staff will be available to assist with technical issues.

Audio/Visual Information
Blackboard will provide a standard AV support package for all sessions. Session rooms will be supplied with the equipment outlined below:
  • LCD Projector with Stand
  • Projection Screen
  • Laptop Computer with XP/IE/Office 2003
  • Laptop Speakers
  • Wireless PowerPoint Remote
  • Internet Connection

If you need anything in addition to these elements, you must contact BbWorldTransact@blackboard.com as soon as possible.
